Reconnaissance Research (RRC), Kuwait and Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad  (ISSI), Pakistan’s premier foreign policy think tank, have signed the first-ever MoU between think tanks of both countries.

The agreement opens new doors for joint research, policy dialogue, conferences, and intellectual exchange, deepening Kuwait–Pakistan cooperation.

Ambassador of Pakistan to Kuwait, H.E. Dr. Zafar Iqbal, witnessed the signing alongside leaders of both institutions.
This milestone reflects our commitment to building bridges of knowledge, fostering dialogue, and strengthening historic ties between Kuwait and Pakistan.
